Introduction
Thank you for visiting santoswish.com. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.shopsantoswish.com ("Santos wish") and the purchase of any goods from it. The website is owned and operated by Santos Wish (ABN 40120052928).
Substitutions
Note: Where charm color option is out of stock, silver will automatically be included. Note Santos wish same meaning charms may vary in design, but will be the actual saint chosen every time i.e. St.Patrick may have altered image from postcard but meaning and quality remain same.
Out of Stock Items
Where items may be out of stock (before they can be branded “out of stock”) customers will have the option to exchange or a refund will be offered within 3 working days on unsatisfactory replacements.
Delivery
Santos wish aims to have all products delivered domestically within 2-5 working days. However some products items that are not in stock could take longer. Santos wish will notify the purchaser by email when this is the case. Santos wish’s objective is to have all products in stock at all times. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery of international orders. International deliveries will be made by Australia Post.

Return and Exchange Policy
If you have made a Santos Wish purchase and would like to exchange or return your purchase for any reason, please familiarize yourself with the following: Returns or exchanges will be accepted on goods within 7 working days after purchase date. Items not received within the 7 working day period will not be accepted. Products must be in original state and unused (in original boxes, and with proof of purchase, all paperwork, tags, parts and accessories).
Before returning item, please email sales@santoswish.com to get a return authorisation number (RA Number). You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require a credit or an exchange.

Exchanges can only be made once we have received your package and verified that it is in its original state and unused.
Items purchased through retail stores or from other online retailers are not eligible for return or exchange through this website. Returns and exchanges can only be made for purchases made through www.shopsantoswish.com.
Santos wish reserves the right to inspect all good returned. Once your product has been verified to have a defect due to manufacturing or workmanship quality will have it repaired. In the event that your product cannot be repaired we will have it replaced with the same style or an equivalent style of equal value to the original purchase price. If a replacement cannot be made Santos Wish will issue a credit note for future use within 6 months of issue date. We recommend that all items be sent via registered mail or courier service so that they can be tracked.
Please note the original shipping charges are not refundable and if you are exchanging for an alternative style, a shipping charge may be applied according to the chosen item.
Safety warning
Important: All beaded bracelets and jewellery containing small parts should not be given to children under 3 years of age without adult supervision.
Warranty
Santos wish warrants the original products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, and or neglect of the product. Should your product be faulty and the defect is found due to manufacturer’s workmanship, we will have it repaired. In the event that it cannot be repaired we will replace the item with the same style, an equivalent style of equal value based on the original purchase price, or a credit note valid for 6 months from issued date will be issued for the original purchase price. Follow the steps of Returning Goods to send product back to Santos wish. Pricing All prices quoted in the web site are in Australian dollars. Prices quoted are correct at time of printing but are subject to change without notice.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. SW Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from issue date. Gift Voucher(s) should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. SW Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
